Sunglass packaging has to protect a hinged, scratch prone product and present it well, often both in a hard case that goes home with the customer and in a retail box around it. The case has to hold the frames without pressure on the lenses, and the retail box has to survive a shelf, show the brand, and often let the style be seen. It is two packaging problems, the keep case and the sell box, and premium eyewear solves both.
We build sunglass packaging as printed retail cartons and rigid boxes, plus setup for hard and soft cases, with fitted inserts or a case well that holds the frames without stressing the lenses. Window options show the style, full color print, foil, and soft touch carry the brand, and a microfiber pouch or cleaning cloth can be included. It suits eyewear brands, boutiques, and promotional sunglasses.
No minimum order lets an eyewear brand package a line without a bulk run. Tell us the frame size and whether you need the retail box, the case, or both and we will spec packaging that protects the lenses and presents the style.
The keep case and the sell box
How does the packaging protect the lenses?
A fitted insert or case well holds the frames so nothing presses on the lenses, which is what prevents scratches and pressure marks. We size it to your frame.
Can the box show the sunglasses style?
Yes, a window option lets the style be seen on the shelf, or we can do a fully printed closed box. Many brands pair a retail box with a hard case inside.
Can you include a cleaning cloth or pouch?
Yes, a microfiber pouch or cleaning cloth can be included with the packaging. Tell us what you want in the set.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum, so an eyewear brand can package a line without a bulk run.
