A belt is an awkward thing to box: long, heavy at the buckle, and either coiled into a circle or laid out straight, and each shape needs a different box. The packaging has to hold the belt in its intended shape without the leather creasing, protect a metal buckle from scratching the strap or the box, and present what is often a premium accessory in a way that justifies the price. A belt flopping loose in an oversized box undersells it.
We build custom belt boxes as long rectangular and square coiled styles in rigid and folding board, with an insert or well that holds the belt coiled or straight and cushions the buckle. Soft touch, textured, and full color finishes with foil branding suit premium and fashion lines. A window can show the leather and buckle. It suits belt makers, fashion brands, and leather goods.
No minimum order lets a leather or fashion brand package belts without a bulk run. Tell us whether the belt coils or lies straight and the buckle size and we will spec a box that holds its shape and protects the buckle.
Coiled or straight, held in shape
Should a belt box be coiled or straight?
It depends on your presentation. We build long rectangular boxes for a straight belt and square boxes for a coiled one, with an insert that holds the shape so the leather does not crease.
How do you protect the buckle?
An insert or well cushions the buckle so it does not scratch the strap or the box in transit. A metal buckle loose against leather is the common damage, so we seat it.
Can the leather show through?
Yes, a window can show the leather and buckle, or we can do a fully printed closed box with foil branding for a premium look.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum, so a leather or fashion brand can package belts without a bulk run.
