Kraft board gives you the natural, unbleached look and takes one or two ink colors well; full-color printing on kraft comes out warmer and slightly muted because the brown shows through. A lidded box is not built to ship by itself. The lid can pop off in transit, and corners scuff on a courier route. If the box goes through the mail, put it inside a shipping carton or choose mailer boxes. If you want a thick, premium feel with magnetic or ribbon closures, look at custom rigid boxes instead. If the buyer is giving the box as a present, custom gift boxes include more formats than a plain lid.
