Custom Stickers and Labels

Custom stickers and labels are the printed pieces that go on bottles, jars, tubes, boxes, and mailers: roll labels for bottling lines and hand application, die-cut stickers for sealing and branding, and packaging labels for shipping. Brands use them to put their name on stock packaging or to finish a product that does not need a printed box. There is no minimum order, so one roll for a test run is as easy to request as a full order, and if you bring a written quote for the same specs, we beat it. Start with custom roll labels for bottles and jars, custom packaging labels for boxes and mailers, or private label packaging when you want your brand on a finished product. Send the size, material, and quantity.

Roll labels, sheets, and die-cut stickers

Roll labels are the format for anything applied in volume. They wind on a core, peel from a liner, and feed a hand dispenser or an applicator. Sheets suit short runs and hand application, and they are easier to store in a drawer. Die-cut stickers have a custom outline cut through the face stock, which is how a round seal, an arch, or a logo shape gets made. Pick the format by how the label will be applied before you pick the shape. See custom roll labels for the roll format.

Face material and adhesive

Paper labels are the standard for dry goods, boxes, and shipping, and a matte or gloss coating changes how the print looks. Polypropylene film holds up to moisture and oil, which is why it shows up on bottles, soap, and anything that gets wet or squeezed. Vinyl handles outdoor use. Adhesive matters as much as the face. Permanent adhesive is the default. Removable adhesive suits price stickers and temporary seals. If the surface is textured, curved, or cold, tell us, because a general adhesive can lift from kraft board or a fine ribbed jar.

Sizing for curves and corners

Wrap labels need a size that matches the circumference of the container, with a small overlap or gap that you choose on purpose. Measure the flat area where the label will sit, then subtract a margin from each edge so the corners do not lift. For a round tube or jar, measure the circumference, not the diameter. On a roll, also tell us the unwind direction your applicator expects and the core size, or the labels will feed backward.

Who writes the label text

For food, cosmetics, CBD, and cannabis, the ingredient lists, net weights, warnings, and any regulatory wording are yours to supply and verify. We print the artwork you give us in the position you choose.

When another category is the better answer

If the product needs a hanging card rather than a sticker, see hang tags. If you are labeling stock packaging and would rather have the brand printed on the packaging itself, compare mailer boxes and tube packaging. Branded finished goods that use your label on a supplier product fall under white label packaging.

How to order

Send the label size, the material you want, how it will be applied, the artwork, and a quantity. The quantity can be one roll. We return a dieline and a quote through custom packaging labels or the product page that fits, and you can adjust before anything is printed.

Questions buyers ask about custom stickers and labels

Is there a minimum order for custom labels and stickers?

No. There is no minimum order, so you can order a single roll to test a design or thousands for a product line. Many brands start with a short run to check adhesion on the real container before scaling up.

Which label material is best for bottles and jars?

Polypropylene film is a common choice because it resists moisture and oil and stays flat on curved surfaces. Paper works for dry goods and boxes. Tell us what the container holds and how it is stored.

How do I measure a label for a round container?

Measure the circumference where the label will sit, subtract a small margin for the overlap or gap you want, and measure the height of the flat area. Send those numbers rather than the diameter.

What is the difference between permanent and removable adhesive?

Permanent adhesive bonds firmly and is meant to stay. Removable adhesive peels off cleanly and suits price stickers and temporary seals. Say which one you need, especially for textured or cold surfaces.

Can you print labels on rolls for an applicator?

Yes. Tell us the core size, the roll width, and the unwind direction your applicator needs, and we set up the roll to match.

Who provides the required text for regulated products?

You do. Ingredient lists, net weight, warnings, and any regulatory wording come from you, and we print the artwork you supply.
