Return and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers all orders placed with Best Price Boxes and does not affect any legal rights you may have under applicable Consumer Protection Acts.

Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any discrepancies or issues with the products received—such as items that do not meet your specifications or are faulty—please inform us.
  • Notification: Contact us At info@thebestpriceboxes.Com within 03  days after receiving your order.
  • Documentation: To help us address the issue effectively, please provide details regarding the discrepancies, including Digital photographs as evidence.

Company Side Defects:

  • If a defect is confirmed due to company error, we will reprint the entire order at no extra cost to you. Our determination of defects is final.
  • You must return the entire order within 7 Working Days at your own shipping cost.

Client-Side Defects:

  • If the product is considered defective due to customer-related circumstances and a cash refund is requested, the entire order must be returned.
  • Please note that applicable shipping charges, product setup fees, printing costs, and any relevant billing expenses will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please be aware of the following:
  • After you approve the proof, we will forward your job to our press department.
  • Cancellation requests must be made Within 4 Hours of approval to avoid fees. After this period, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total order cost will apply.
  • For cancellations that happen After Processing, no refunds will be issued.

To facilitate Any cancellations, please notify us within 12 To 24 Hours.

We will refund the full amount within 10 business days if it is totally aligned with our refund policy.

Warehouse Services:

  • As an alternative to cancellation, we offer complimentary warehouse services that allow us to hold your order until you are ready for shipment.
