Corrugated Boxes

Custom corrugated boxes made to your size with no minimum order. Corrugated is the fluted board that gives a box its strength, and the right flute and wall is the difference between a box that protects and one that crushes. Single wall for everyday retail and shipping, double wall for heavy or fragile loads, printed full color or left plain brown. We make slotted cartons, mailer boxes, die cut shapes, and trays in corrugated, sized to your product so you are not paying for wasted space. No minimum order, free design help, free samples, and a fast turnaround. Send your size and what goes inside, and we will match the board to the job and send a free quote.
Related packaging: shipping boxes, cardboard boxes, mailer boxes.
Corrugated flutes and wall, explained
The flute is the wavy inner layer that gives corrugated its strength, and picking the right one keeps your box strong without overpaying. A quick guide:
Single wall: one flute layer, the standard for most retail and shipping boxes.Double wall: two flute layers for heavy, dense, or fragile loads that need extra crush resistance.C flute: the all rounder, good stacking strength and cushioning, common for shipping cartons.B flute: thinner and flatter, better for printing and die cut retail boxes.E and F flute: very thin, for small retail cartons that need a smooth print surface.
Tell us the weight and fragility of your contents and we will spec the flute and wall so the box protects without wasting material, then send a free quote. Corrugated box FAQs

What types of packaging solutions do you offer?
Custom boxes and mailers, rigid and luxury boxes, retail and display packaging, mylar bags and pouches, and packaging built for food, cosmetics, CBD, coffee, candles and apparel. Everything is made to your size and printed with your artwork rather than picked from a stock range.
Yes, and it is the only thing we do. Send your product dimensions or a sample and we build the box around it, dieline included. If you are not sure which style suits the product, tell us what you ship and we will recommend one.
Kraft and corrugated board are widely recycled, and many of our box styles can be produced in unbleached kraft with no lamination, which is the most easily recycled combination. Laminates, foils and plastic linings all reduce recyclability. Tell us if that matters and we will specify the closest option and be straight with you about the trade off.
Request a free quote with your size, quantity and artwork, or just a description of what you ship. You get a quote and a free dieline, then a digital proof to approve. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
No. There is no minimum quantity and no minimum order fee, so a short first run and a full production run are both welcome. Free design, a free proof and free samples come with either.
