Getting the sleeve to fit the cone
A cone sleeve that is even slightly loose slides down under the scoop, and one that is too tight will not go on at speed behind a busy counter. The dimension that matters is the circumference at the point where the sleeve sits, not the cone height. Measure around the cone about halfway up, tell us the cone style, and we will cut the blank so it grips without a fight. If you run more than one cone size, a single sleeve rarely covers both well and it is usually cheaper to run two sizes than to accept a bad fit on one.
Food grade stock and grease resistance
Sleeves are printed on food grade stock with food safe inks. Where the product is warm, oily or likely to drip, a grease resistant liner keeps the print from bleeding and the sleeve from going soft in the hand. Uncoated kraft reads as natural and takes one color or two color print well. Coated white gives the cleanest full color reproduction if the artwork is photographic.
