Shipping and Turnaround

Standard production runs 7 to 14 business days, depending on the box style, print method, and finishing you choose, a simple kraft mailer moves faster than a box with foil stamping or spot UV. Need it sooner? We handle rush requests case by case, so email us your deadline before you place the order and we’ll tell you straight whether we can hit it.

Shipping is free on every order, in the United States and internationally. We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL depending on your location and order size, and you’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Skin health product boxes are custom folding cartons for treatment serums, derma creams, tubes and dropper bottles, designed to carry a lot of printed information in a clean, clinical layout. TBPB makes them to your container size with no minimum order, and if you bring a written quote for the same specs, we beat it.

A carton that has to carry information

A lifestyle skincare box can get away with a logo and a mood. A skin health box cannot. Buyers of treatment products read the carton: active ingredients, directions, storage notes, batch and expiry areas, warnings. That changes how the structure is built. You want large, flat panels with room for small type, a clear front that names the product and its purpose, and a layout that keeps the legal text away from the folds and glue areas.

We print the artwork you supply. Claims on skin products, and any drug-style or cosmetic labelling, are regulated, and the rules differ by product type. Have your label text and claims approved by your own regulatory adviser before artwork is final.

Fitting the carton to the container

Measure the container itself: height with the cap or dropper bulb on, and the widest diameter or width. A 30 ml dropper bottle, an airless pump and a squeezable tube are very different shapes, and a carton that suits one will not suit another. Add about 1/8 inch of clearance on each side for a folding carton. Pumps and droppers are the tricky ones, because the top is taller than the body and needs the carton height to match.

For single bottles, a straight tuck-end layout like our straight tuck end boxes keeps the opening on the short end and the information panels on the long face. A tuck top box opens from the top and suits tubes and jars that lift straight out.

Board, finish and inserts

  • Paperboard in the 16 to 24 pt range for folding cartons, white for clean color or kraft for a natural look
  • CMYK print with Pantone matching for a brand blue, green or neutral that must hold across batches
  • Matte aqueous coating for a calm, clinical feel, or soft-touch lamination for a more upscale tone
  • Spot UV or foil on the logo only, since too much shine reduces readability of small text
  • Paperboard or foam inserts when a glass bottle needs to be held still

Glass droppers rattle if the carton is a hair too big. A board cradle or a custom foam insert holds the bottle still and keeps the cap from pressing on the closure. Use an insert only when the shape demands it, since it adds cost and assembly time.

Leave a blank panel or a clear area for batch codes and expiry dates. If those are ink-jetted or stamped after printing, the surface has to take the mark: an uncoated or lightly coated patch works better than a gloss panel, where the code smears. Tell us where the code goes and we will keep that area free of coating on the dieline.

Think about storage as well. Many treatment products must stay out of heat and light, and the carton is part of that protection, so a solid, opaque board is usually the safer choice than a window.

Making it read as credible, not cold

Clinical does not have to mean boring. Restrained layouts work well: a white or pale board, one accent color, a tidy hierarchy where the product name leads, then the active, then the directions. Skip decorative flourishes that make the carton look like a spa product when you are selling a treatment. For multi-unit counter and shelf displays, pharmaceutical display boxes from our pharma packaging range are worth a look.

Send us the container dimensions and quantity, even one, and we will draw the dieline and quote it.

Frequently asked questions

  1. Is there a minimum order for skin health product boxes?

No. TBPB has no minimum order, so a clinic, a new brand or an established line can order one carton to check the fit or thousands for production. The dieline is drawn to your container size either way, and reorders at any quantity are fine.

  2. How do I size a box for a serum or dropper bottle?

Measure the bottle height with the dropper or pump fitted, plus its widest width. Add about 1/8 inch of clearance per side. Droppers and pumps need the full height measured, since the top is usually taller than the body. We confirm the fit on the dieline before print.

  3. How much text can a skin health box carry?

A lot, if the layout is planned for it. Large flat panels on the back and sides hold ingredients, directions and warnings in small type. We keep that text away from folds and glue areas, and we print the content you supply without editing the wording.

  4. Can you add inserts to protect glass bottles?

Yes. Paperboard cradles or custom foam inserts hold a glass bottle still and stop rattling. Tell us the bottle shape and weight and we will suggest an insert, or tell you if a snug carton with no insert is enough.

  5. Do I need to approve my label claims first?

Yes. We print the artwork you provide, and the responsibility for claims, ingredient lists and warnings sits with the brand. Confirm them with your own regulatory adviser before you approve the proof, especially for products that make treatment claims.

  6. What finish suits a clinical skincare box?

Matte aqueous coating is a safe pick for a calm, readable look. Soft-touch lamination feels more upscale. Use spot UV or foil only on the logo, because a lot of shine on a panel full of small text makes it harder to read.

Protect and Present Your Skincare Products with Custom Skin Health Product Boxes

A treatment product sells on trust, and the carton is where that trust is built or lost. Buyers of serums, derma creams and medicated-style skincare read the box carefully, so the layout has to be clean, readable and organised, with enough panel space for ingredients, directions and warnings. TBPB prints skin health product boxes to the exact size of your tube, jar or dropper bottle, in clean white or kraft board, with finishes that keep the look calm and credible. There is no minimum order, so you can test the design on a small run first.

Why Choose Skin Health Product Boxes for Your Brand?

Start with the container, measured with the cap, pump or dropper in place. Choose a folding carton style that matches how the customer opens it: a straight tuck end for bottles, a tuck top for tubes and jars. Plan the information first and the decoration second. Put the product name and purpose on the front, and give the back panel the space that directions and ingredients need. Keep the finish restrained, with matte coating and a single accent color, and add an insert only if a glass bottle rattles in a snug carton.
