Shipping and Turnaround

Standard production runs 7 to 14 business days, depending on the box style, print method, and finishing you choose, a simple kraft mailer moves faster than a box with foil stamping or spot UV. Need it sooner? We handle rush requests case by case, so email us your deadline before you place the order and we’ll tell you straight whether we can hit it.

Shipping is free on every order, in the United States and internationally. We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL depending on your location and order size, and you’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Luxury brand packaging is the whole set of printed pieces a customer touches, from the outer mailer to the tissue, the box, the band and the card, designed to read as one brand. TBPB makes each piece custom with no minimum order, and we beat any written quote for the same specs.

Think in layers, not one box

A brand experience has layers, and each one gets handled in a different moment. The shipping layer arrives at the door. The presentation layer is the box that comes out of it. Inside sits the protective layer, tissue and inserts, and last the small details such as a seal, a belly band or a thank-you card. If all four look related, the customer feels one brand. If the mailer is generic brown and the box is gorgeous, the first impression is made by the weaker piece. Start with the layer the customer sees first and work inward.

The pieces that carry the brand

A printed corrugated mailer, such as our mailer boxes, protects the order and puts the logo on the doorstep. Inside, a rigid or carton box holds the product. Printed custom tissue paper is among the cheapest ways to add pattern and color, because it costs little and gets noticed. A custom belly band wraps a plain box in a printed strip, so you can change seasonal artwork without remaking the box. Branded packaging tape finishes the outside for little extra effort.

Keep the system consistent

Pick two or three brand colors and one finish family, and use them everywhere. Soft-touch matte on the box, matte aqueous coating on the mailer and a matching foil color on the logo will look related even though they are different materials. Pantone matching helps, since the same logo orange printed on kraft, white board and tissue will shift. Ask for a proof on each substrate, and expect small differences, because paper stock changes how ink sits.

Where the order includes food, cosmetics or other regulated goods, label wording and contact suitability are yours to confirm with your own adviser. TBPB prints the artwork supplied.

What it looks like on a real order

Take a skincare brand shipping a serum and a cream. The mailer carries the logo in one color on kraft. Inside, a soft-touch rigid box with a foil mark holds both bottles in a board tray, tissue printed in the brand pattern sits on top, and a thin band carries the order name. None of it is complicated, and every piece repeats the same two colors. That repetition, more than any single expensive finish, is what makes a set feel designed. Brands that skip it often spend more on one hero box and still look inconsistent.

Where to start if the budget is tight

Do not try to rebrand every piece in one order. Begin with the box and the tissue, which the customer sees at the moment of opening, then add the mailer and tape when the first run sells. For the box itself, see luxury product packaging, where we explain structures and finishing in depth.

Send us your product dimensions, the pieces you want and your quantity, even for one of each, and TBPB will draw the dielines and quote the set. Order samples together so you can see how they look side by side.

Frequently asked questions

  1. What is luxury brand packaging?

It is the full set of printed packaging pieces a customer meets, such as the mailer, box, tissue, belly band and inserts, designed together so the brand feels consistent from the doorstep to the product.

  2. Is there a minimum order for luxury brand packaging?

No. TBPB has no minimum order, so you can order one of each piece to test the system or thousands for a launch. Send your product dimensions and quantity and we draw the dielines and quote the set.

  3. Which pieces should I brand first?

Start with the box and the tissue, because the customer sees them at the moment of opening. Add the printed mailer and tape once the first run sells and the design is proven.

  4. How do I keep colors consistent across materials?

Use Pantone matching and a limited palette, and ask for proofs on each material. The same ink looks different on kraft, white board and tissue, so small variations are normal and worth checking early.

  5. Can a belly band replace a printed box?

A belly band is a printed strip around a plain box, so you can change artwork seasonally without remaking the box. It saves cost, though a fully printed box gives you more surface and a stronger impression.

  6. Can I order samples of the whole set together?

Yes. Order one of each piece, such as the box, band, tissue and mailer, and compare them side by side before committing to a larger run.

Premium Packaging for High-End Brands

Luxury brand packaging treats the mailer, box, tissue, band and insert as one connected experience, so the customer meets the same brand at every touch point. Brands order matching pieces printed in a shared palette and finish. TBPB makes each one, from corrugated mailers to rigid boxes and printed tissue, with no minimum order.

Why Choose Luxury Brand Packaging for Your Business?

Work in layers, starting with what the customer sees first. Limit yourself to two or three brand colors and one finish family so different materials still look related. Use Pantone matching and check proofs on each material. If the budget is tight, brand the box and tissue first, then add mailers and tape. A belly band lets you change artwork without remaking the box.
