Fill cleanly. Crumbs, oil or sugar dust on the seal area is the usual reason a heat seal fails, so wipe or tap the bag top clear before sealing and keep the product away from the seal band. Let warm baked goods or freshly coated chocolate cool fully before bagging, because trapped steam turns into condensation inside a barrier bag, and the barrier then works against you.
