Filling is the step people forget about. At eighth sizes, hand filling through a wide mouth is slow, so ask us to leave the top open wide enough for a funnel or scoop, and cut the zipper position far enough below the seal that sealing jaws do not crush it. If you pack on a bench with a small impulse sealer, tell us the seal width of your sealer, because a bag that is wider than the jaws cannot be sealed in one pass.
