E Cigarette Boxes

E cigarette boxes are printed cartons with fitted inserts that hold a device, charger, pods and manual in their own places, so the kit opens cleanly. TBPB makes them to your layout with no minimum order, from a single sample box to a full production run.

Shipping and Turnaround

Standard production runs 7 to 14 business days, depending on the box style, print method, and finishing you choose, a simple kraft mailer moves faster than a box with foil stamping or spot UV. Need it sooner? We handle rush requests case by case, so email us your deadline before you place the order and we’ll tell you straight whether we can hit it.

Shipping is free on every order, in the United States and internationally. We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL depending on your location and order size, and you’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

E cigarette boxes are printed cartons made to hold a device, and often its charger, pods or manual, in fitted positions so every part arrives where it should. TBPB prints them to your kit with no minimum order, and we beat any written quote for the same specs.

A kit is a layout problem

An e-cigarette is rarely one object. A starter kit may include the device, a USB cable, spare coils or pods, a manual and a warranty card. The box has to give each part its own place, or the buyer opens it and finds a tangle. That makes it a layout problem first and a print problem second. Lay every item out on a table, photograph the arrangement, and send it to us with measurements. We can build a tray, a stepped insert or a multi-compartment layout around the arrangement. If you only ship a single slim pen, our vape pen boxes are the more direct fit.

Insert options

Three types of insert cover most kits. A die-cut paperboard tray is the lightest and recycles with the carton. A custom foam insert grips each component with a snug cutout and feels more finished. A stepped paperboard insert holds the device on one level and the accessories on a lower one, which keeps a cable from lying on top of the device. For a first release, paperboard is the sensible start, since you can change the layout cheaply while you refine the kit.

Shipping changes the answer too. A kit sold in a shop only has to survive a shelf, while one mailed to a customer has to survive a sorting belt. For direct shipping, the printed carton should go inside a corrugated shipper with a little void fill, since the folded edges of a retail carton are the first thing to dent. Plan for that extra layer when you cost the whole kit.

Box styles, board and finish

Common styles are a lid-and-base box, a drawer, a book-style flip lid or a tuck-end carton with an inner tray. Folding carton paperboard in the 16 to 24 pt range, or a 350 gsm class SBS, is a standard choice. A clean matte coating with soft-touch lamination suits a device brand that wants a premium feel. Gloss makes vivid color look richer. Foil stamping, embossing and spot UV pick out a logo. Windows are possible if the device finish is worth showing.

  • Lid-and-base, drawer, flip-lid or tuck-end with inner tray
  • Paperboard, foam or stepped insert for each component
  • Folding carton paperboard, matte or gloss coating, soft-touch lamination
  • CMYK or Pantone print, foil stamping, embossing, spot UV
  • Printed interior and an optional window

Test the opening. Stand in front of a mirror and unbox your sample the way a customer would: cable first or device first? The first thing seen when the lid lifts should be the device itself, because a tangle of cord is the first impression nobody wants. If the sample fails that test, move the parts before you print thousands.

Labeling, age rules and what TBPB prints

E-cigarette packaging carries state and federal requirements for warnings, age notices and product statements, and they change. Your regulatory adviser decides what must appear. TBPB prints the artwork you supply and does not write, add or check compliance copy. We do not promise child-resistant features on a standard carton. If you need a certified closure, confirm it with a specialist before ordering the dieline.

Frequently asked questions

  1. Is there a minimum order for e cigarette boxes?

No. TBPB has no minimum order, so you can order one box to test the layout or thousands for a launch. Send your kit dimensions and quantity and we draw the dieline and quote it. We beat any written quote for the same specs.

  2. How do you fit a charger and pods in the same box?

With a fitted insert. A die-cut paperboard tray, a foam cutout or a stepped insert gives each part its own pocket. Send a photo of the kit laid out and we plan the layout around it.

  3. Which insert is better, paperboard or foam?

Paperboard is lighter and recycles with the carton, and it is the sensible start for a new kit. Foam grips parts more tightly and feels more finished. Many brands begin with paperboard and move to foam later.

  4. What box styles suit an e-cigarette kit?

Lid-and-base, drawer, flip-lid and tuck-end cartons with an inner tray are the most common. Choose based on whether the kit sells on a shelf, a counter or online.

  5. Do e cigarette boxes need warning labels?

Often yes, and the rules differ by state and product. Your regulatory adviser decides what must appear. TBPB prints the artwork you supply and does not write or check compliance copy.

  6. Are the boxes child-resistant?

A standard folding carton is not a certified child-resistant package. If your product requires one, consult a specialist before ordering. TBPB prints on structures you have confirmed once dimensions are agreed.

Why Choose E-Cigarette Boxes?

An e-cigarette starter kit has several loose parts, and the box has to organize them. TBPB builds e cigarette boxes as lid-and-base, drawer, flip-lid or tuck-end cartons with a paperboard, stepped or foam insert cut around your actual device, cable and pods. Print your brand in CMYK or Pantone, choose matte, gloss or soft-touch, and add foil or embossing. There is no minimum order, so you can prototype a kit layout with one box before you commit.

Why E-Cigarette Boxes Are Important for Your Brand

Start by laying every component of the kit on a table and photographing it. Measure each piece, then decide how many levels the insert needs. Paperboard is the sensible first choice and foam suits a finished product. A lid-and-base box feels premium, while a tuck-end with an inner tray is lighter and ships flat. Keep warning and age text on your artwork, as your regulatory adviser dictates. Send the photo, dimensions and quantity, even one, for a quote. Unbox a sample the way a customer would, and move parts around until the first view is the device.
