Holding the mix still
Glass tincture bottles, soft gummy pouches and balm jars have nothing in common, so they need individual recesses. A die-cut board insert is the standard answer. For glass or odd shapes, a custom foam insert holds each item firmly. Measure the largest item at its widest and tallest points, then add about 1/8 inch of clearance per side. Design for the heaviest month, not the average one, because the box has to work every time.
Print and finish
We print CMYK or matched Pantone colors on the outside and the interior of a corrugated mailer, and can add matte or gloss coating on folding cartons. For rigid wraps, soft-touch lamination, foil stamping and embossing are available. A printed interior is often the best use of ink in a subscription box, because the subscriber sees it right as they open it.
