One honest warning: soft-touch shows scuffs and fingerprints more than gloss, so dark colors in particular should be handled with that in mind.
The interior is where the unboxing happens
Tissue paper, a printed inside lid, a die-cut paperboard insert or a foam insert all change how the product is presented. An insert also does a job: it stops bottles, jars and sets from sliding. Sizing and board
Specify the inside length, width and depth, measured around the packed product and its insert, with about a quarter inch of clearance. Thinner E flute prints crisply and gives a refined edge. B flute adds stiffness when the box will carry weight. If you want a rigid, lift-off gift box rather than a mailer, that is a different structure and a different shipping plan, so tell us which you mean.
