French fry boxes are the open top scoop cartons and cups that hold fries, chips, tots, and snack sides. They are built for grab and go service, so the board resists grease and the shape lets a customer eat straight from the carton.

Sizes: small, medium, and large scoop cartons, plus fry cups.
Stock: grease resistant food board, optional PE coating for wet or oily foods.
Printing: food safe inks, one color up to full color.
Minimum order: none.

Fry carton specification

A fry carton is eaten from directly, usually while walking or driving. Grease resistance and the opening shape are the two things that decide whether it works.

SizesSmall, medium and large as a set rather than one size. Tell us your portion weights and we will size the range so the food fills the carton properly.
Grease resistanceA grease-resistant board or liner, which is non-negotiable here. Fries are the hardest test any food board gets.
ShapeAn open-top scoop so a customer can eat straight from the carton with one hand. The opening angle matters more than the volume.
BoardFood grade throughout, kraft or white. White takes brighter print; kraft hides oil marking better in use.
AssemblyShips flat and sets up fast, because these are assembled in bulk during prep rather than one at a time.
PrintingFull color. A fry carton is held at eye level while eating, so it gets more attention per square inch than most packaging.
Minimum orderNone. Order the quantity you can actually move. If you are holding a written quote from someone else, send it over and we will work to beat it.
Production timeStandard runs are 7 to 14 business days. Print method and finishing move that.
Proof and samplesFree design and a free digital proof before anything prints. Samples on request.
ShippingFree, with tracking.

What to send us for a quote

Three things get you a real number rather than a range:

  • Your portion sizes. By weight or by the carton you use now.
  • How many, and how often.
  • Artwork, or the restaurant name. Design is free.
