Mailer boxes are the box your customer actually opens, the one that has to survive the courier and still look like your brand when it lands on a doorstep. Most suppliers put a 250 or 500 minimum on them. We do not. Order one custom mailer box or a hundred thousand, printed inside and out, at a price we will beat against any comparable quote.

Why order mailer boxes with no minimum

Mailers are where a lot of brands want to test first: a new insert, a seasonal print, a subscription pilot. A minimum order forces you to commit before you know the artwork and fit are right. With no minimum you can run 25, mail them to real customers, and adjust before you scale.

What makes a good custom mailer box

Corrugated board with a self-locking, tab-front build holds shape in transit and opens clean without tape. Print full color on the outside and the inside for a branded reveal, add a peel-and-seal strip and a tear strip for easy open, and drop in a fitted insert where the product needs to sit still. Sizes run from small accessory mailers to apparel and shipper sizes.

No minimum, and the best price

Send a written quote from another supplier for the same mailer, matching size, board, print, and quantity, and we will beat it. You get a free digital proof to approve before anything prints. Pricing depends on size, board grade, print coverage, and quantity; send your specs for a fast quote.

What a mailer box is best for

The mailer box is the workhorse of direct-to-consumer shipping and subscription boxes. It ships and stores flat, folds up in seconds without tape, and the front tuck and side wings survive the carrier network while still looking like part of the brand. If the box is the first thing your customer photographs, print the inside walls and add a matte finish. If it is purely protective outer transit, a plain kraft mailer or a stock shipping box will cost less.

How to pick the size and flute

Measure your product length, width, and height, then add a little clearance for any void fill or insert so the lid tucks flush. For flute, match the board to the weight and fragility: E-flute keeps a slim profile for lighter goods, B-flute adds crush resistance for heavier or breakable items. Tell us the product and how it ships and we will recommend the flute, size, and any insert, then send a dieline and proof.

Mailer vs other shipping styles

Comparing options? A custom shipping box or corrugated box is the lower-cost choice for pure transit, an e-commerce box is tuned for the unboxing, and a kraft mailer box is the plainer, budget-friendly version of this style. All are available with no minimum and the same price-beat.

Other mailer box formats we print

A standard roll end tuck front mailer is not the right build for everything. If your product is heavier, softer or flatter than the usual mailer suits, these formats solve different problems and carry the same no minimum order and free design service.

What size do you need?

If you are still working out dimensions, the mailer box size chart lists the sizes brands order most and what each one suits.
