If you reorder, the second batch should match the first. We keep the dieline and the artwork file, and we confirm board, coating and Pantone references on the proof, so a repeat run uses the same specification. One dieline can also carry several artwork versions, such as seasonal designs or different flavors, without needing a new tool for each one. That is useful for a brand with a rotating range.

Flat shipping and storage

Gable boxes ship flat with the side seam glued, which keeps storage space down. Staff open them and fold the base, then lock the peak. For a busy counter, a sample you can time is worth requesting, because a box that takes a few seconds longer to fold slows a line more than you would expect. If assembly speed matters, tell us how many boxes you build per hour and we can suggest structure changes. Board, print and food use

Folding carton paperboard in the 16 to 24 pt range is typical, in kraft or white-coated board. We print CMYK or Pantone, with matte or gloss coating, and add windows, foil or spot UV where they help. For food, whether a particular board or coating is suitable for direct contact is something to confirm with your own regulatory adviser, and you are responsible for labeling.
