Shipping and Turnaround

Standard production runs 7 to 14 business days, depending on the box style, print method, and finishing you choose, a simple kraft mailer moves faster than a box with foil stamping or spot UV. Need it sooner? We handle rush requests case by case, so email us your deadline before you place the order and we’ll tell you straight whether we can hit it.

Shipping is free on every order, in the United States and internationally. We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL depending on your location and order size, and you’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

A perfume atomizer box is a compact printed carton made to hold a refillable pocket or purse spray, usually a slim metal or glass tube with a pump and a cap, and to present it as a small gift or a travel set. TBPB builds it to your atomizer dimensions with no minimum order and beats any written quote for the same specifications.

Small object, unforgiving fit

An atomizer is a precise little device. The pump head, the cap and the thin glass or aluminium body each take knocks differently, and a box that rattles by even a few millimetres will dent a cap or scratch a finish by the time it reaches a shelf. The box should hold the atomizer firmly at the body, leave the pump unloaded, and close without pressing on the nozzle. Because the product is tiny, shaving or adding 2 mm on one side changes how it feels in the hand, so measure carefully and send exact numbers.

Measuring the atomizer

Take the overall length with the cap on, the body diameter at the widest point, and the cap diameter if it is wider than the body. For a round atomizer lying down in a tray, the inside cavity should be the diameter plus a hair of clearance, around 1/16 to 1/8 inch, so it sits without wobbling. For a standing atomizer in a tuck-top carton, add the same clearance on each side plus a little height for the pump. If you sell a set of two or three, send the arrangement you want, side by side or stacked, because that decides the footprint.

Inserts, board and finishing

A paperboard folding carton with a die-cut cradle holds a single atomizer neatly. For gift sets or sample sets, an insert with a cut-out for each piece keeps them separate. Foam is the cushiest option for glass bodies, and a custom foam insert can be cut to the exact outline. Board is typically 16 to 24 pt paperboard or a 350 gsm class SBS sheet, which gives crisp edges and sharp print on a small face. Foil on the brand name, a spot UV logo and soft-touch lamination all work well at this scale, and a restrained one-colour interior makes a small box feel considered. Perfume is regulated, and labelling, ingredient listing and warning text are your responsibility. Check requirements with your own regulatory adviser; TBPB prints the artwork you supply.

Before approving a run, drop a filled sample box on a table from about a foot up and shake it. If the atomizer moves, tighten the cradle. If it takes force to remove, loosen it. Customers should be able to lift it out with two fingers, and the cap should never touch the lid.

  • Single-atomizer cartons, trays and multi-piece sets
  • Cradle or insert cut to the atomizer outline
  • Paperboard folding cartons, with foil, spot UV or embossing
  • CMYK or Pantone brand colours, matte or gloss coatings
  • No minimum order, one box or thousands

Where an atomizer box fits in the range

If you are packing the full-size bottle rather than the travel spray, look at custom perfume boxes. For gift lines that need a more decorative presentation, luxury scent boxes are built for that. Brands that ship a monthly sample pack can pair the atomizer with a perfume subscription box. All of these sit together in our perfume boxes category.

Send the atomizer length, diameter, whether it comes in a set, and the quantity, even if it is one. TBPB draws the dieline and sends a proof so you can check the fit on a real unit.

Frequently asked questions

  1. Is there a minimum order for perfume atomizer boxes?

No. TBPB has no minimum order. You can order a single carton to test the fit on a real atomizer, then order again once the cradle and print are approved.

  2. How do I measure an atomizer for a box?

Measure the overall length with the cap on, the widest body diameter and the cap diameter. Add about 1/16 to 1/8 inch clearance per side. If you sell sets, tell us how they should be arranged, side by side or stacked.

  3. Can the box hold a set of two or three atomizers?

Yes. A tray with a cut-out for each atomizer keeps them from touching. Send the number of pieces and how they should sit, and we draw the layout so you can check it before printing.

  4. What insert protects glass best?

Foam cut to the atomizer outline cushions best. A paperboard cradle is lighter and holds an item firmly but gives less shock absorption. If the box ships by post, put it inside a corrugated outer.

  5. Do I need to add fragrance regulatory text?

Yes, and that is your responsibility. Ingredient lists, warnings and any required labelling should be confirmed with your own regulatory adviser. TBPB prints the artwork you supply and does not write regulatory copy.

  6. Does TBPB match or beat a competitor quote?

TBPB beats it. Bring a written quote for the same size, board, insert and quantity. Include every spec from the other quote so the two can be compared fairly.

Elevate Your Fragrance Experience with Custom Perfume Atomizers

A perfume atomizer box is the small printed carton that protects a refillable travel spray and presents it as a gift or a set. Fragrance brands choose it because an atomizer is easy to dent, and a snug cradle keeps the pump and cap safe from the first shelf to the last handbag. TBPB makes each box to the atomizer length and diameter you send, prints it in your brand colours with optional foil or spot UV, and has no minimum order.

Why Choose Perfume Atomizers for Your Fragrance Needs

Measure the atomizer with the cap on, then the widest diameter, and add about 1/16 to 1/8 inch of clearance. Choose a tuck-top carton for a standing spray and a tray for one lying down. Foam cushions glass best, while a paperboard cradle suits metal bodies. For a set of two or three, specify the layout, since it decides the footprint. Keep the print simple at this size and let foil or spot UV carry the logo. Send the numbers and we will draw it.
