Cardboard covers three different builds, and they are not interchangeable. Folding paperboard in the 16 to 24 pt range is the standard retail carton: light, printable and flat to ship empty. Kraft board is the same structure in a brown, natural finish. Corrugated board, with an E-flute or B-flute wave inside, is the shipping choice, because the flutes resist crushing in a carrier network. If your soap is sold in a shop and handed over the counter, paperboard is enough. If it ships to customers in a box with nothing else around it, corrugated is safer.

Sizing to the bar, and to the set
