Shipping is free worldwide on every order, and standard production runs 7 to 14 business days before your boxes leave our facility. There is no separate delivery charge to add on, no threshold you have to reach first, and no surcharge for international destinations. What follows explains how the timeline actually works, what happens if something arrives wrong, and how to get a firm date before you commit.
Shipping is included in the figure we quote you. It applies worldwide, to every order, at every quantity, including our sample orders. You will not see a delivery line added later, and you will not be asked to pay a fuel or handling surcharge on arrival.
The one thing free shipping does not cover is import duty or customs charges on international orders. Those are set by the destination country, not by us, and they are payable by the recipient. Our sales team will tell you before you order whether your destination is likely to attract them.
This is the single most common source of confusion, so it is worth being precise. Production is how long it takes us to make your boxes. Transit is how long the carrier takes to bring them to you. The two are added together, and the clock on production does not start until you approve your digital proof.
| Stage | What happens | Typical timing |
|---|---|---|
| Quote | We price your specification and confirm your box size | 1 to 2 business days |
| Digital proof | We send a free proof for you to approve or change | Before production starts |
| Production | Printing, finishing, die cutting, gluing and packing | 7 to 14 business days |
| Transit | Carrier delivery to your address | Varies by destination and method |
Where your order lands inside the 7 to 14 day production window depends on three things: the box style, the print method, and the finishing you choose. A plain mailer box is quicker than a rigid box with foil stamping and spot UV. If a date matters to you, ask us for a confirmed one on your quote rather than working from the range.
We handle rush requests case by case. Tell us your deadline before you order, not after, and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it. If we cannot, we will say so rather than take the order and miss the date. Rush capacity depends on what else is on the press that week and on the finishing your box needs, which is why we will not publish a blanket rush turnaround we might not be able to honor.
You get a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. We ship with established carriers including DHL and FedEx, and the tracking number works on the carrier’s own system, so you are never dependent on us for an update. If tracking has not arrived when you expected it, call or email and we will chase it.
We ship worldwide and free shipping applies internationally. A small number of destinations are difficult for us to serve because of customs restrictions on printed or packaging goods. Rather than guess, contact our sales team with your destination before you order and they will confirm whether we can deliver there and what documentation is involved.
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include digital photographs of the problem. Photographs matter because they let us identify whether the fault happened on press or in transit, which decides how we fix it.
If the defect is confirmed as our error, we reprint the entire order at no cost to you. Full detail on returns, cancellations and refunds is set out in our return policy.
If your boxes are ready before you are, we offer complimentary warehouse services and will hold the order until you are ready for it to ship. There is no storage charge for this. It is useful if you are waiting on a product launch, a retail reset, or your own inventory to clear.
Shipping is free and there is no separate delivery charge at any point. We are a manufacturer quoting a delivered figure, so what you are quoted is what you pay. You are welcome to send us a comparable written quote from another supplier and we will beat it, which is the fastest way to check we are being straight with you.
Production is 7 to 14 business days from the moment you approve your proof, and transit is added on top of that. Transit varies by destination and by the carrier method used, so ask for a confirmed delivery date on your quote rather than estimating from the range.
Often, yes, but tell us the date before you order. We assess rush requests individually against current press capacity and the finishing your box needs, and we will give you an honest answer either way.
Yes. A tracking number is issued once your order leaves our facility, and it works directly on the carrier’s own tracking system.
Yes to both. Free shipping applies worldwide. Import duty and customs charges levied by the destination country are separate and are the recipient’s responsibility. Some destinations are restricted by customs rules, so confirm with our sales team first.
Contact us within 3 days with photographs. If the fault is ours, we reprint the whole order at no cost. The return policy sets out the full process.
Three things worth knowing before you commit. There is no minimum order, so you can test a small run before scaling up. Every order gets a free digital proof, so nothing goes to press until you have seen it and approved it. And a box built to your product’s actual dimensions almost always ships cheaper than an oversized stock box, because carriers bill on dimensional weight, so the right sized custom box can pay for itself in freight. Our box size calculator will work the dimensions out for you.
